 He should update the timetables, because I just passed by today, Friday 28 May 2021 and the shop was closed in the afternoon.

What can you say about a fragrant and well-cooked bread? Excellent bread with five cereals! My favorite. Very kind and cordial the ladies who serve it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima qualità. Uno dei pochi panettieri di "una volta". Molto frequentato per cui in tempi di covid a volte bisogna fare la fila. Qualche problema di parcheggio.
Best quality. One of the few "once upon a time" bakers. Very popular so in times of covid sometimes you have to queue. Some parking problems.

Entro con il mio (piccolo) monopattino a spinta (non si può legare ad una catena), saluto e la signora, senza neanche salutarmi mi dice con fare molto seccato che quel coso lì non dovrebbe entrare. Molto scortese e maleducata. Non capisco il motivo, visto che un cliente abituale era nel negozio con un cane anche se non sarebbe consentito. Cane sì, monopattino no...
Comunque non è casa mia, quindi ringrazio, saluto e me ne vado.

Very rude staff. I enter with my (small) push scooter (it cannot be tied to a chain), I say goodbye and the lady, without even saying goodbye, tells me very annoyed that that thing there shouldn't enter. Very rude and rude. I don't understand why, as a regular customer was in the shop with a dog even though it wouldn't be allowed. Dog yes, scooter no ...
However, it is not my home, so I thank, say goodbye and leave.
Never again!!! :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che mi servo in questo panificio poiché è vicino a casa, ormai sono una cliente abituale e vengo sempre servita e trattata benissimo. Il loro pane è ottimo a dir poco, soprattutto le tartarughe e quello di pasta dura. Hanno anche le torte che sono squisite e anche le teglie di pizza e focaccia. Lo ritengo il miglior panificio di Novara. L’unica cosa che consiglierei è di mettere un frigo (oltre a quello già presente) con delle bottigliette di acqua oppure bibite.
Per il resto è impeccabile
I have been serving in this bakery for years because it is close to home, now I am a regular customer and I am always served and treated very well. Their bread is great to say the least, especially the turtles and the hard dough one. They also have the pies which are delicious and also the pans of pizza and focaccia. I think it is the best bakery in Novara. The only thing I would recommend is to put a fridge (in addition to the one already present) with bottles of water or soft drinks.
For the rest it is impeccable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In pratica hanno solo un banale impasto all'olio (neanche troppo buono) venduto in diverse forme. La presunta focaccia è del medesimo impasto, solo venduta al quadruplo del prezzo. Non capisco le recensioni positive.
In practice they have only a trivial oil mixture (not too good) sold in different forms. The alleged focaccia is of the same dough, only sold at four times the price. I don't understand the positive reviews.
