★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco questa panetteria da almeno 20 anni. Fanno una tra le migliori focacce liguri che io abbia mai assaggiato, per intenderci quella con i buchi con olio e un grano di sale.
I have known this bakery for at least 20 years. They make one of the best Ligurian focaccia I have ever tasted, so to speak, the one with the holes with oil and a grain of salt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato solo la focaccia, quindi il giudizio di riferisce solo a quella e non a gli altri prodotti. L’unica cosa giusta della focaccia è lo spessore. Il resto è tutto sbagliato. A partire dall’impasto che sembra quello della pizza, quindi la focaccia non sa di focaccia, ma di pasta da pizza. È insipida, totalmente senza sale e senza olio. È cruda, e peraltro ho preso quella più cotta. Non attribuisco una stella, solo perchè considerando le focacce medie della zona devo dire che si puó trovare di peggio, nonostante possa sembrare incredibile. Sen non altro questa pseudo-focaccia non rimane sullo stomaco.
I only tried the focaccia, so the judgment refers only to that and not to the other products. The only right thing about focaccia is the thickness. The rest is all wrong. Starting with the dough that looks like pizza, so the focaccia does not taste like focaccia, but like pizza dough. It is tasteless, totally salt-free and oil-free. It is raw, and by the way I took the most cooked one. I do not attribute a star, just because considering the average focaccia in the area I have to say that you can find worse, although it may seem incredible. If nothing else, this pseudo-focaccia does not remain on the stomach.

Very good focaccia (the cheese one is excellent), very nice staff and attentive to the customer's needs as well as to hygienic-sanitary protocols. What more could you want?
