Con tutto il rispetto per S. Giorgio, siamo sempre a San Giorgio!!!! Personally I found the parking area desolate and dark, I did not see security personnel, not to mention that at the ticket machine rude and folkloristic characters pass in front of you while you are waiting your turn as if nothing had happened. With all due respect to S. Giorgio, we are always in San Giorgio !!!!

Macrì e a tutto il reparto dove ho potuto sperimentare competenza e attenzione alle esigenze e fragilità del paziente. Un particolare ringraziamento alla dott. Stefania Maria per la sua professionalità, cortesia e sensibilità. Posso, purtroppo, fare confronti con molte realtà ospedaliere siciliane, e non solo, dove mi è capitato solo episodicamente di trovare come in Humanitas tanta attenzione e cura nei confronti dei ricoverati. Grazie ancora. Fresh from an operation at the thoracic surgery department in Humanitas of Catania, I am grateful to dr. Macrì and to the whole department where I was able to experience competence and attention to the needs and fragility of the patient. A special thanks to Dr. Stefania Maria for her professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity. Unfortunately, I can make comparisons with many Sicilian hospitals, and not only, where it happened to me only occasionally to find, as in Humanitas, so much attention and care towards the patients. Mi dispiace dirlo, ma a Catania non sanno come devono utilizzare la parola italiana con cortesia e gentilezza, fornendo un'accoglienza ed un servizio all'altezza del nome Humanitas. Entro per accompagnare un paziente anziano e non mi fanno attendere al bar, ma mi chiedono di aspettare al sole cocente a 40 gradi. Trovo un luogo riparato dal sole ove finalmente riuscivo a respirare, ma mi dicono che lì non posso stare.. con maleducazione mi indicano un tendone dove ci sono panchine e distributore di acqua, caffè e altro. Dirlo prima??? Con cortesia? Abituata ad Humanitas Milano, mi dispiace, ma a Catania do una stella!!!! A really bad welcome. I come in to accompany an elderly patient and they don't make me wait at the bar, but they ask me to wait in the scorching sun at 40 degrees. La struttura nuovissima e perfettamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort ha un folto cast di medici, infermieri e personale ultrà professionale, ciascuno di loro prima di mostrare il medico che è in lui o lei mostra amore, pazienza e cortesia. Capiscono il paziente e lo mettono in una condizione mentale serenità, di sicurezza emotiva. Penso che questo sia uno dei motivi che impreziosisca la struttura. Sull efficienza e professionalità indiscussa non ho niente da aggiungere... Sono il centro di Eccellenza a Catania ed in tutta la Sicilia. Io sono una paurosa di prima categoria e con l équipe che mi ha seguita è uscito un lato del mio carattere che nemmeno mi aspettavo. Sono Eccellenti. Stra. Stra stra consigliato, sia per piccoli interventi come il mio che per interventi più importanti! Positive vibes e pensieri positivi Sempre!!! A clinic where HUMANITAS means a lot ... The brand new and perfectly clean and equipped with every comfort has a large cast of doctors, nurses and ultra professional staff, each of them before showing the doctor in him or her showing love, patience and courtesy. They understand the patient and put him in a mental state of serenity, of emotional security. I think this is one of the reasons that embellishes the structure. I have nothing to add about efficiency and undisputed professionalism ... I am the center of excellence in Catania and throughout Sicily. I am a first-rate fearful and with the team that followed me a side of my character came out that I didn't even expect. They are excellent. Stra.
