N	Nuty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! Commesse inesistenti o, meglio, esistenti solo fisicamente, ma di nessun aiuto. Creandosi un malinteso, hanno visto bene di non intervenire e di lasciare nel disagio le clienti. Me ne sono andata all’istante, acquistando in un altro punto vendita. Da evitare! Bad experience! Non-existent orders or, better, existing only physically, but of no help. By creating a misunderstanding, they saw well not to intervene and leave the customers in discomfort. I left instantly, shopping at another store. Avoid!
A	Alice Nini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata domenica per la prima volta in questo negozio per fare un cambio della catena di sicurezza ( MI È STATO REGALATO A SETTEMBRE) in quanto rotto. Ho scelto un charm da 59€ ed ho chiesto di inserirlo direttamente. Al momento di togliere un mio charm non riuscivano a toglierlo. Mi è stato detto che l'unica soluzione era rompere il charm ma loro non lo avrebbero fatto per non prendersi responsabilità. Infastidita ho chiesto di rimettere tutto nella scatola senza aggiustare nulla in modo da rivolgermi direttamente a Pandora segnalando l'accaduto e non comprando il nuovo charm. Al che la commessa va nel retro a parlare con la responsabile e magicamente mi cambiano il bracciale. Hanno deciso di tagliarlo e sostituire anche il charm che non riuscivano a togliere. Arrivo in cassa a pagare il charm ( al momento in negozio è presente una promozione in base alla spesa, da 49 a 88€ sconto 10%) pago 59€ e alla mia domanda perché non mi è stato fatto lo sconto la commessa non ha saputo rispondere. Commesse non preparate e poco cortesi e poca voglia di seguire e risolvere problemi. ????
E	Elena Tomassini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale oscenamente scortese e svogliato: sono entrata per comprare un regalo e alla mia richiesta di poter vedere alcune collane la commessa mi ha detto in maniera sgarbata che non si può girare per il negozio ma dovevo dirle cosa volevo senza aver minimamente potuto guardare i prodotti che vendono. Sono uscita immediatamente anche se ero veramente intenzionata a comprare qualcosa. Inoltre dopo alcuni mesi sono tornata per comprare un altro regalo e mi è stata detta la stessa identica assurdità, ovviamente sempre in maniera estremamente maleducata! Non tornerò mai più da Pandora, anche se hanno dei prodotti abbastanza carini (ma bisogna ammettere che per la qualità dei loro prodotti il prezzo è abbastanza esagerato). ? I will never go back to Pandora, even if they have quite nice products (but it must be admitted that for the quality of their products the price is quite exaggerated). ?

Sono entrata in negozio con il mio ragazzo e un'amica, stavamo guardando i charms esposti nelle vetrine e dopo neanche due minuti la commessa ci ha detto di allontanarci da lì e di spostarci in un angolo dove, se eventualmente avessimo voluto informazioni, ce le avrebbero date. Ma quali informazioni? Se entro in negozio è per vedere i prodotti e valutare se acquistarli, mi pare davvero assurdo e fuori luogo un comportamento del genere, si vede che non vogliono vendere. Non ci tornerò mai più. Rude saleswoman and totally unable to deal with customers.
