Non comprerò e farò comprare altri prodotti qui. I don't agree with the 30 day return policy. These gifts (eg Christmas, confirmation) are made months in advance. After you have to keep bracelets with wrong measurements. I will not and will not buy other products here.

The staff who served us were in a hurry and gave us coarse information about the prices telling us that the bracelets were all the same ... well ... after a while we went out because it made me anxious to constantly look at people in line and certainly not enticed me to buy from Pandora!

Ma il valore aggiunto per me è stato il servizio: mi ha servito Daniele, molto gentile e professionale e che ha saputo darmi anche i consigli giusti, molto apprezzati. The shop is beautiful, like all the other Pandora shops or similar. Maybe I would have preferred more variety on display. But the added value for me was the service: Daniele served me, very kind and professional and who was also able to give me the right advice, much appreciated.

Sono cliente da anni, ho diversi gioielli acquistati nel vostro punto vendita, tra questi a Natale 2020 mi è stato regalato un bracciale argento con clips e chiusura in oro placcato . Dopo 15 mesi mi ritrovo un oggetto con due clips sfondate e il colore oro completamente sparito. Garanzia che non serve a nulla, la commessa che non sapeva cosa dire, titolare che non si è degnato di uscire dallo stanzino per venire a parlare e propormi una soluzione alternativa allo spray. Empatia per il cliente zero. Permanently closed with pandora. Ad essere sincera non sono solita fare recensioni ai negozi ma qui mi sono trovata davvero molto molto bene, tanto da decidere di lasciare una recensione positiva. Il negozio ti avvolge subito in un gioco di luci incredibili che valorizzano i gioielli e gli charm di Pandora, l'esposizione dei prodotti è ampia, completa ed esaustiva. Il personale è sempre impeccabile. Sorridenti, accoglienti e competenti ma sanno sempre come farti sentire "a casa". Beautiful jewelry in the heart of Lucca that I highly recommend to everyone !!! To be honest I don't usually do reviews to shops but here I found myself very very well, so much so that I decided to leave a positive review. The store immediately envelops you in an incredible play of lights that enhance Pandora's jewels and charms, the product display is wide, complete and exhaustive. The staff are always impeccable. Smiling, welcoming and competent but they always know how to make you feel "at home".

However, when asked, the (trainee) assistant was very helpful - showed and sold us two charms that were on offer and added them to my wife’s bracelet without asking. Clean and tidy, I’d shop here again if in the area. Recommended.

We wanted to buy a Pasta charm and the employee wanted to sell 2 clips and a cleaning Set. They told us that we need that for our charms or They are going to break. AT the payment They told us bigger prizes for each product the other employee wanted to sell. As we complained about it they werde very rude and we left the Store without buying anything. Going to write a complaint to the Pandora HQs As well. Dont enter this Shop, badest experience ever!
