Small and discreet store ... As in all the other centers of the brand I limit myself to 3 stars for the design of these accessories, but not for the quality ... you know, at certain levels you pay the brand.
R	Rossella Della Marca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato più di una volta il mio bracciale con charmes in questo negozio per farmelo pulire gratuitamente (cosa che Pandora garantisce in tutti gli stores). Ogni volta mi hanno fatto dei problemi. La prima volta (circa un anno fa) la commessa ha cercato in tutti i modi di dissuadermi, dicendo che per pulirlo avrei dovuto aspettare tempi biblici perché la lista d'attesa era lunghissima e cercando di convincermi a comprare il kit di 15 euro. Poiché non avevo il bracciale con me, torno il giorno dopo e incontro un'altra commessa molto gentile e disponibile, che subito prende il bracciale e dice che sarebbe stato pulito in 3 o 4 giorni massimo e così è stato. Dopo circa un anno (cioè oggi) vado di nuovo perché il bracciale è di nuovo sporco. Questa volta la commessa è impreparata, scorbutica e menzognera! Sostiene che non hanno mai pulito gratis nessun bracciale, che la pulizia è a pagamento e lo è sempre stata! Quando poi l'anno prima l'ho avuta gratis... mah. Inoltre si permette anche di sgridarmi sostenendo che avevo sporcato il bracciale bagnandolo in acque termali!! Sottolineo che non sono mai stata in acque termali e uso il bracciale solo di sera e molto raramente.. Pandora si rileva una delusione: prezzi altissimi per prodotti di scarsa qualità, servizio clienti scadente, politiche commerciali truffaldine... State alla larga da Pandora e sopratutto da quello di Afragola! I have brought my charm bracelet to this shop more than once to have it cleaned for free (which Pandora guarantees in all stores). Each time they made me problems. The first time (about a year ago) the saleswoman tried in every way to dissuade me, saying that to clean it I would have to wait biblical times because the waiting list was very long and trying to convince me to buy the 15 euro kit. Since I didn't have the bracelet with me, I come back the next day and meet another very nice and helpful saleswoman, who immediately takes the bracelet and says it would be cleaned in 3 or 4 days maximum and it did. After about a year (i.e. today) I go again because the bracelet is dirty again. This time the saleswoman is unprepared, surly and lying! He claims they never cleaned any cuffs for free, that cleaning costs money and always has been! When then the year before I got it for free ... mah. He also allows himself to scold me by claiming that I had dirty the bracelet by bathing it in thermal waters !! I emphasize that I have never been to thermal waters and I only use the bracelet in the evening and very rarely .. Pandora is disappointed: very high prices for poor quality products, poor customer service, fraudulent trade policies ... Stay away from Pandora and above all from that of Afragola!
