La commessa prima di iniziare l'acquisto mi ha detto che il bracciale in regalo era finito ma avrei potuto scegliere altro. Dico che va bene e scelgo gli articoli. Mi sarebbero toccati due bracciali da 69 euro, quindi chiedo con cosa posso sostituirli, mi propongono solo un bracciale che non mi piace molto quindi chiedo se posso prendere un bracciale da 59€ (10 in meno del valore del bracciale che mi sarebbe spettatore), risposta della commessa "purché dopo non torna in negozio a lamentarsi". Sostituisco il secondo bracciale con un charm da 59€ (sempre 10 € in meno) visto che quelli da 69 non mi piacevano. Visto che ho preso due regali dal valore di 20€ in meno chiedo se potessi avere almeno un regalino. Altra risposta della commessa "signora siamo a Natale i regalini sono finiti da un pezzo". Non ho avuto la scatola dei miei gioielli personali, ne il panno per pulire il bracciale. Commesse dal fare sufficiente, non andrò più in questo store. I bought the classic Pandora bracelet. The order before starting the purchase told me that the bracelet was free but I could have chosen another. I say it's fine and I choose the articles. I would have touched two bracelets for 69 euros, so I ask what I can replace them with, they only offer me a bracelet that I don't like very much so I ask if I can get a € 59 bracelet (10 less than the value of the bracelet that I would be a spectator), response of the order "as long as it does not come back to the store to complain". I replace the second bracelet with a charm of € 59 (always € 10 less) since I didn't like those from 69. Since I took two gifts worth € 20 less I ask if I could have at least one present. Another response of the order "lady we are at Christmas the gifts are long over". I didn't have the box of my personal jewelry, nor the cloth to clean the bracelet. Orders from doing enough, I will no longer go to this store.
