Aggiornamento. A novembre siamo arrivati al dunque. Il mio bracciale si é perso con altre spedizioni. In negozio le commesse sono state molto disponibili, invece di farmi rimborsare ho deciso di acquistare merce per il valore del bracciale perduto. Pazienza, é andata così. L' unico consiglio che darei a Pandora è di non affidare le spedizioni a certi corrieri...
I have been waiting for a repair for 6 months, my bracelet, just to shorten it, has not yet arrived ... The conclusions are up to you.
Update. In November we got to the point. My bracelet got lost with other shipments. In the shop the orders were very helpful, instead of getting a refund I decided to buy goods for the value of the lost bracelet. Patience, that's how it went. The only advice I would give to Pandora is not to entrust shipments to certain couriers ...

negozio piuttosto frequentato ma molto curato e ben fornito che offre gioielli molto particolari, ricchi di significato e belli anche da vedere , ideali per fare un regalo alle persone a noi care. Il personale l'ho trovato molto gentile, disponibile e ben organizzato : hanno installato un dispositivo numerico che permette di evitare inutili discussioni tra i clienti mentre si è in coda ( sia all 'ingresso che alla cassa per il pagamento) .
