Il servizio è il punto di forza, la gentilezza, l'educazione e il coinvolgimento sono davvero il massimo. Consigliati benissimo. Oltre uno spettacolare impiattamento, il sapore di ognuno di esso era un viaggio di emozioni per il palato. Posto davvero valido, qualità prezzo davvero eccezionale. È il tocco finale è la polaroid, appena terminata la cena vi offrono uno scatto. Un ricordo. Bravissimi, davvero contenti di tutto. One of the nicest restaurants I've eaten in. Besides beautiful also well equipped, but above all well managed. Service is the strong point, kindness, education and involvement are really the best. Very well recommended. In addition to a spectacular dish, the flavor of each of them was a journey of emotions for the palate. Really good place, really exceptional price quality. And the final touch is the polaroid, as soon as dinner is over they offer you a shot. A memory. Very good, really happy with everything.

Non ho mai sentito gusti così rari un misto di delicatezza, originalità nel presentare i piatti, la voglia arricchita dalla curiosità e dalla conoscenza di ogni ingrediente che ti permette di azzardare e riuscire. Complimenti è la prima volta che rimango senza parole su tutto. Grazie e a presto. Ida Elegant place but modern professional staff in everything.a suggestion when you read the menu let you tell it will change the way you see things on everything as well as on feeling the taste of everything already .... but ...... it is not so ... I premise that I love to cook, I love to go around the premises but ... they have left me really unprepared. I have never heard such rare tastes a mixture of delicacy, originality in presenting the dishes, the desire enriched by curiosity and the knowledge of each ingredient that allows you to risk and succeed. Ad essere sincero è impossibile passarci davanti o arrivarci per caso, dal momento che si trova all'interno di Modugno. Tuttavia attratto dalle recensioni positive ho deciso di provare! Sicuramente mi sento di dire che già all'ingresso si ha un ottima impressione, che viene ripagata poi dall'attenzione di tutto il personale, fino ai piatti serviti. L'esperienza è sicuramente positiva, il locale è ben curato, e seppur in un contesto storico rivolge uno sguardo al futuro. Il personale è cordiale e preparato, e dai dettagli si percepiscono quelle differenze, che poi ti portano ad apprezzare questo ristorante. l'antipasto dalla degustazione di un ottimo olio, fino ai primi piatti e dessert sono un esperienza da provare. La ricerca di un identità diversa dal solito, ma con i sapori del territorio sono la percezione che ho avuto di questo luogo. Anche il nome non è scelto a caso, e se con "Panacea" nell'antichità veniva attribuita a qualcosa la capacità di curare ogni male, sicuramente in questo posto si può trovare questo stato d'animo. Mi sento di consigliare questa esperienza! Complimenti a tutto lo staff, ci rivedremo sicuramente alla prossima occasione.

J	J Hal Beattie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped at this place while traveling south during a multi week trip in Italy. The owners were incredibly gracious. The restaurant itself has a very pleasant ambiance. The food was for the most part spectacular. The wine pours were generous. In addition to the dishes we ordered the chef presented us with two mouth watering treats. As others have mentioned the spaghetti assesina was spectacular. All these dishes were presented beautifully. The downfall of the meal was the secundo, a mixed seafood plate. The problem for me with this plate was that everything was breaded and fried. I realized later this is a traditional presentation. Calamari, fish, shrimp and octopus. And served simply with lemon. Perhaps I should have inquired about the preparation but I feel the same seafood would have been much better (at least more to my liking) if it had been sautéed and served with some greens preferably some seaweed. Also a sauce would have been nice. A disappointing end to an otherwise fabulous meal.
