Per carità, può capitare, ma considerando che i due commessi erano entrambi dietro la cassa a parlare di affari propri e io ero l'unico cliente, magari uno dei due poteva anche farsi un giro tra gli scaffali per controllare e togliere i prodotti guasti, rimandando la chiacchierata a dopo avere prestato la giusta attenzione alla soddisfazione dei clienti. Fate attenzione se comprate prodotti freschi o frutta e verdura! Sono cliente del gruppo Pam dagli anni '90 e una disattenzione simile non mi era mai capitata. I bought a net of oranges. For heaven's sake, it can happen, but considering that the two clerks were both behind the cashier talking about their own business and I was the only customer, maybe one of the two could even take a tour of the shelves to check and remove the defective products, postponing the chat until after paying due attention to customer satisfaction. Be careful if you buy fresh products or fruit and vegetables! I have been a client of the Pam group since the 90s and a similar inattention had never happened to me.

Ma a volte mi piego, lo ammetto, e ne faccio uso, in extremis, anche io. Questa Pam ha aperto da poco e avevo letto, passando lì davanti, gli orari: chiude alle 22. Così alle dieci meno un quarto sono entrato per comprare una cosa al volo per cena. I prezzi visti velocemente mi sono sembrati nella media. Personale gentile e disponibile. I don't like supermarkets without counters and made up of refrigerators only; all those plastic packaging for fruit and vegetables make me feel bad. But sometimes I fold, I admit it, and I use it, too, in extremis. This Pam has recently opened and I had read, passing by, the opening hours: it closes at 10 pm. So at a quarter to ten I went in to buy something on the fly for dinner. The prices seen quickly seemed to me to be average. Friendly and helpful staff.
