★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica sono andata a fare la spesa in questo punto vendita.per i primi 15 minuti le commesse non hanno fatto altro che lamentarsi dei colleghi a voce alta,parlando di cose lavorative personali facendo tanto di nomi e urlando da un corridoio all'altro mettendo in imbarazzo chi era lì,sembrava di essere intrusi. Arrivata alla cassa le due commesse hanno iniziato a parlare di Ramadan e in particolare la commessa alla cassa incalzandola sul fatto che Quale Dio ti chiede di non mangiare per un mese, dicendo e criticando il Ramadan e il credo dell'altra persona. Ora posto il fatto che a me di sentire le loro lamentele non interessa, inoltre non puoi sapere chi hai davanti e quanto puoi urtare la sensibilità dell'altra persona. Tant'è vero che la ragazza alla cassa ha ammesso a voce alta che si stava confondendo nella fare lo scontrino e mi ha mollato la spesa dall'altra parte della cassa senza nemmeno passarmela. Quando anche la collega glielo ha fatto notare questa sì è pure scocciata perché stava parlando. Il rispetto per il cliente, la serietà e professionalità sul luogo di lavoro non devono mai mancare, specialmente in questo punto vendita in cui due volte su tre si trovano prodotti scaduti sugli scaffali. Di certe cose si parla al pub davanti a una birra non davanti ai clienti e inoltre fare nomi e cognomi dei colleghi è davvero una caduta di stile.

Some things are talked about in the pub in front of a beer, not in front of customers and also making names and surnames of colleagues is really a fall in style.
