★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo segnalare una mancanza di professionalità da parte della segreteria della clinica in quanto questa mattina sono stata contatta da un numero di cellulare durante il mio orario di lavoro , telefono che ho provato a richiamare due volte non sapendo chi fosse , ovviamente non mi sono preoccupata più di tanto in quanto avevo un'appuntamento per mia figlia fissato da tempo per questa mattina, poi successivamente spostato al pomeriggio di oggi ore 16 e confermato ieri via SMS.
Mi sono presa delle ore di permesso per portare mia figlia a questa visita per un disagio fisico che ha.
Arriviamo in clinica con 30 minuti di anticipo per poi sentirci dire che il professore aveva annullato gli appuntamenti di oggi.
Per carità il professore, molto stimato, sicuramente avrà avuto dei validi motivi per aver annullato gli appuntamenti di oggi in clinica...
Ma dico ….vi sembra corretto ? Io resto basita ...perché non inviare un SMS come per la conferma? Se al telefono non si risponde ci possono essere svariati motivi ….ora chi mi rimborsa il viaggio ? e le ore di permesso perse? Inoltre mia figlia deve aspettare altri 22 giorni BAH…!!
Vorrà dice che scaleremo, come minimo, sul prezzo della visita!
Unfortunately I have to report a lack of professionalism on the part of the clinic's secretariat as I was contacted by a cell phone number during my work hours this morning, a phone I tried to call twice, not knowing who it was, obviously I didn't worry much since I had an appointment for my daughter set for a long time this morning, then later moved to 16 pm today and confirmed yesterday via SMS.
I took some time off to bring my daughter to this visit because of a physical discomfort she has.
We arrive at the clinic 30 minutes early and then we hear that the professor had canceled today's appointments.
For goodness sake, the highly respected professor will surely have had valid reasons for having canceled today's appointments in the clinic ...
But I say ... does it seem correct? I remain appalled ... why not send an SMS as for confirmation? If you do not answer on the phone, there may be several reasons…. Now who reimburses me the trip? and the leave hours lost? Also my daughter has to wait another 22 days BAH ... !!
Will want to say that we will scale, at a minimum, on the price of the visit!

Arrivo alle 18.42 e la dottoressa se ne era andata.
La segretaria si rifiuta di chiamarla. Le chiedo quindi il numero (scarico di responsabilità).
La chiamo e, irrispettosa e saccente, mi dice che alle 18.41 se ne era andata perché in ritardo di 1 minuto!!!.
Pessima professionalità e umanità della dottoressa e pessima gestione della struttura, che deve essere garante di entrambe le parti.
Mai più.
We had a dermatological visit at 6.40pm.
I arrive at 6.42 pm and the doctor was gone.
The secretary refuses to call her. I then ask for the number (disclaimer).
I call her and, disrespectful and know-it-all, she tells me that at 18.41 she was gone because she was 1 minute late !!!.
Bad professionalism and humanity of the doctor and bad management of the structure, which must be the guarantor of both parties.
Never again.

Diciamo quasi scandaloso !
Ecografia addome con assunzione di liquidi prima dell’esame, esame effettuato con 90 minuti di ritardo.
Non capisco il criterio nel prenotare gli appuntamenti.
Forse è solo quello degli incassi e non il servizio alla clientela.
Magari in altri servizi sono più performanti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Neurologo si è riffiutato di visitarmi perche non mi sono ancora vaccinata, e non voleva ricevermi nemmeno con il tampone negativo.Per fortuna è andata cosi,perche preferisco non farmi visitare da un medico che non sa che una persona vaccinata potrebbe benissimo essere positiva è infettare come uno non vaccinato . In ogni casi avrei voluto essere avvisata prima della prenotazione della visita, che dovevo presentarmi solo con una doppia dose di vaccino.
