★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was incredibly rude. He said I was to stay at a sister hotel. When I eventually found it, I was brought to a different block where I got stuck in a lift for 15 minutes. No call bell. No water glass in the bathroom. The curtains were hanging off and the air conditioned was not working. Consequence? I've never been bitten by insects in a Rome hotel room before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was clean and everything worked. It was really loud, also at night, paper thin walls and doors. No courtain to block the light, so it was way to bright to sleep. from the hallway the incredibly bright light illuminated the room.

Location was perfect. Close to train and great places to eat. Easy to walk or transit to things.
Room was clean and met our needs for one night stay.
Bathroom was updated and clean.
Airport shuttle was arranged (by hotel employee) and the driver was on time and vehicle was nice. Driver spoke a little English and was engaging. Far better than a taxi or train.
This was a cozy hotel with all your basics and a good price.
Staying for a day or two then it is perfect. Longer periods might not be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palma Residence was a great place to stay on a 3 minute walk from Roma Termini Station with everything within reach. The room was spacious enough even if the bathroom was a bit small. We had some issues opening the doors with the keys so that could be improved. Staff was polite and the place was very clean. Room was equipped with a small fridge there was no iron however. Overall the stay was was enjoyable and very affordable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was not bad. But the walls is very thin and you hear everything, even somebody speek in other room. It is impossible to sleep there. Highly don't recommend.
And also they don't accept card, only cash

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing accomodation with all the necessary ammenities, in an amazing location within the city, for really good prices.
The only downside was that the walls between rooms are rather thin and you could hear the people from the other side, but nothing too annoying to be honest.
A heartly recomend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s very close to Termini, what we had is one of the old apartment. It’s ok to stay. Facing street but when u close the door u can’t hear much from outside. The wall is bit thin, we had one night other room had very loud music we can hear very clear(the music was not good). The only thing I have problem with is the bath drain. U turn on the shower 30sec. Wait 1min to get the drain cleared on bottom of the shower, otherwise it will overflow with dirty water(I’m sure there pluming issue with how the shower installed).
