★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cornice selfie per 18esimo, chiesta con scritta, al ritiro mi dicono che la scritta non sono riusciti a farla, rispondo che potevano avvisarmi e avrei fatto qualcosa io. Alche provano a farla al momento... è uscita una cosa imbarazzante, regalo rovinato alla modica cifra di € 70 (per una cornicetta di polistirolo con 4 brillantini...). Ecco perché a volte è ancora meglio scegliere Amazon rispetto ai negozi purtroppo, soprattutto quando si ha a che fare con persone incompetenti! Potevano dirmi subito che non erano in grado di farlo! sicuramente non ci tornerò più!

A parte il costo imbarazzante di 15 euro per due palloncini di elio...la giustificazione è stata: "Noi li gonfiamo, poi però se non volano non possiamo rimborsare..."
Se li gonfiavo a bocca sarebbe stata la stessa cosa.
Se si fosse potuto mettere 0 stelle sarebbe stato il voto corretto.

15 Euros to inflate 2 (small) balloons with helium that in the end did not even stand straight ... let alone fly ...
Apart from the embarrassing cost of 15 euros for two helium balloons ... the justification was: "We inflate them, but if they don't fly we can't refund ..."
If I inflated them by mouth it would have been the same thing.
If it had been possible to put 0 stars it would have been the correct grade.
