Super intensi e istruttore molto simpatico.
È da anni non ne trovavo così!
Il resto è come le altre palestre. Ho pagato 30 euro al mese e per questo valore ci sta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra è piccola, ma pulita e anche gli spogliatoi e le docce sono funzionali. Receptionist educate, tranne la mora che va a simpatie o a lune storte, non ho ancora capito. Pesi e materiale per esercizi a corpo libero praticamente mai disponibili (non so se la gente non li rimette a posto oppure se li fregano). In sala purtroppo, come credo ormai sia normale a Milano, ti senti abbandonato a te stesso. Se sai già allenarti bene, ma se vuoi essere seguito l'unica strada è prendere lezioni personal che ovviamente fanno lievitare il costo. A questo punto forse vale la pena allenarsi a casa e risparmiare.

They have very good equipment for both weight training and Cardio workout. They have daily/ monthly and yearly packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Tuesday of my stay in Milan, I paid a day pass fee (12 euros) and was satisfied with my workout. Not a spacious gym, but enough to get the job done. On Saturday, the website indicated that the gym was open until 5 pm. I took a cab there and arrived at 2:25 pm. The gym was closed. That is the reason for only 2 stars.
