★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale veramente Disponibile e preparatissimo. Palestra spartana, molte panche, molti bilancieri e anche un po' di macchine. Inoltre offrono anche corsi di combattimento.
Per di piú la palestra non è mai molto affollata perciò è piú facile allenarsi e focalizzarsi sul proprio allenamento senza dover fare code.
Staff really helpful and well prepared. Spartan gym, lots of benches, lots of barbells and even a few machines. They also offer combat courses.
What's more, the gym is never very crowded so it's easier to train and focus on your workout without having to queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile; essendo poco frequentata c'è sempre modo di allenarsi con tranquillità. La struttura e gli attrezzi sono datati (ma funzionali), ma per evitare la forte "sensazione" di sporco bisognerebbe dedicare molto più tempo alle pulizie.
The staff is very courteous and helpful; being little used there is always a way to train with confidence. The structure and the tools are dated (but functional), but to avoid the strong "feeling" of dirt it would be necessary to spend much more time cleaning.
