un minuto prima o un minuto dopo la chiamata non viene passata, il problema è che essendo l'unico momento per poterli contattare, la linea è sempre occupata.. è vergognoso..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stato impossibile contattarli telefonicamente per ben 3 giorni consecutivi. Al che mi sono recata di persona. Arrivata lì mi hanno fatto passare da una porta all'altra. Risultato? Signora chiami questo numero lunedì mattina, oggi c'è carenza di personale. Chiamo e il numero non risponde.
Una stella? Neanche quella vi meritate.
It was impossible to contact them by phone for 3 consecutive days. To which I went in person. When I got there they made me go from one door to another. Result? Madam, call this number on Monday morning, there is a shortage of staff today. I call and the number doesn't answer.
