★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una palestra molto organizzata, personale molto preciso in ogni tua richiesta e anche simpaticissimo, l'organizzazione prevede una settimana seguita da un trainer dove ti studia e vedi i tuoi punti forti, dopo la settimana vengono chiesti dei dati personali (peso altezza, dati del corpo) per poi proseguire chiedendo che tipo di allenamento fare, da lì in poi ti viene data una scheda, dove potrai chiedere sempre l'aiuto di quel che trainer per qualunque esercizio! Il pagamento è ottimo, dato che puoi andare ogni giorno per quante ore vuoi, ma questa cosa è stata ristretta date le circostanze covid 19, per il resto, è la mia palestra preferita!
A very organized gym, very precise staff in all your requests and also very nice, the organization provides a week followed by a trainer where you study and see your strengths, after the week you are asked for personal data (weight, height, data of the body) and then go on asking what kind of training to do, from then on you are given a card, where you can always ask for the help of what trainer for any exercise! The payout is great, as you can go every day for as many hours as you want, but this thing has been restricted under the circumstances covid 19, otherwise, it's my favorite gym!
