Gli istruttori seguono sempre tutti quanti, sempre gentili e disponibili, molto preparati. Le persone che frequentano la palestra sono persone tranquille e alla mano. La palestra è molto attrezzata, sono presenti molte macchine ed è possibile seguire vari corsi tra cui spinning e crossfitt
It was my gym until a few days ago. I had to leave her because of the move to another city. The instructors always follow everyone, always polite and helpful, very prepared. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è una palestra!Ma una casa!dove c è un ambiente familiare(quando entri subito vedrai subito dei sorrisi),personale preparato e cortese,disponibili,lezioni di fitboxe,total body,circuit training,Hiit,spinning,functional training gmpx,sala atrezzi,tapetto gommato,bilancieri e centinaia di kg di ghisa di alta qualità,vogatori,anelli,rack,ketllebells,med balls,vari sacchi,ruota di trattore,martelli pesanti,fune,sacchi da boxe,posto dove si preparano atleti da vari sport per gare e concorsi.La palestra tranquilla non affolata di persona,posizionata nel centro della città.Niente scuse ma sono motivi per provarci,e innamorarsi ragazzi!
