β β β β β Frequento questa palestra gia da qualche anno e devo dire di essermi trovata benissimo personale qualificato e socievole che ti segue e ti invoglia a migliorare, tutti i mesi ti cambiano la scheda di allenamento ottimo direi, l'unica pecca sono i corsi secondo me c c'e poca varietΓ quasi tutti si basano sui circuiti. Nella palestra trovate anche la piscina. La possono frequentare tutti visto che ci sono anche attivitΓ per bambini e anche per anziani
