Da un paio di mesi mi ci sto appoggiando per gli allenamenti.
Al suo interno c’è una zona d’ingresso, due spogliatoi, una sala pesi/attrezzi, sala addominali e una terza piccola sala multiuso.
Le attrezzature hanno una certa età, ma nel complesso è tutto tenuto bene, pulito in un ambiente tranquillo e gradevole.
Gym in Roncadelle, inside the sports hall.
For a couple of months I've been leaning on it for training.
Inside there is an entrance area, two changing rooms, a weight / equipment room, abdominal room and a third small multipurpose room.
The facilities are of a certain age, but overall everything is well kept, clean in a quiet and pleasant environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La frequento ormai da tre anni,palestra essenziale ma con tutto quello che serve per modellare il tuo corpo,si spazia dal corpo libero al bodybuilding in un ambiente familiare con personale preparato pronto a seguirti negli esercizi e a correggerti nel caso avessi bisogno ,rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.
Stefano il proprietario è costantemente al lavoro per mantenerla sempre rinnovata e ordinata.
Mi sento di consigliarla vivamente per chi è al primo approccio,ma anche a chi si allena già da molto tempo.
I have been attending it for three years now, an essential gym but with everything you need to shape your body, it ranges from free body to bodybuilding in a family environment with trained staff ready to follow you in the exercises and correct you if you need it, value for money unbeatable.
Stefano the owner is constantly working to keep it always renewed and tidy.
I can highly recommend it for those who are at the first approach, but also for those who have been training for a long time.
