I have been to this gym several times to do my monthly checks with Elena and I have always found myself very well: the staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is welcoming and the gym is very clean and equipped with everything you need to train at better.

M	Matteo Sosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra ottima sia per chi vuole fare solo tonificazione con molti macchinari cardio tra cui due scale Matrix , ma anche palestra ottima per bodybuilding , macchinari Hummer stranght e tutto il necessario per chi vuole diventare"grosso" . Prezzi ottimi e ampio parcheggio nonostante sia in centro a Brescia . La consiglierei !! Excellent gym both for those who want to do only toning with many cardio machines including two Matrix scales, but also an excellent gym for bodybuilding, Hummer stranght machines and everything needed for those who want to become "big". Great prices and ample parking despite being in the center of Brescia. I would recommend it !!

Non è enorme, ma ha tanti attrezzi e personale sempre pronto ad aiutarti e a spiegarti gli esercizi. Il numero di corsi che hanno sono ridotti rispetto ad altre palestre, ma il posto è piccolo e necessitano di un tot di persone per poter far iniziare il corso. Do 4 stelle perché i parcheggi sono terribili, essendo posizionata in una via chiusa la palestra ha dei parcheggi ridotti e se non siete bravi a far manovra A well organized gym with moderate prices. Obviously the longer the subscriptions over time the cheaper they are. It is not huge, but it has many tools and staff always ready to help you and explain the exercises. The number of courses they have are reduced compared to other gyms, but the place is small and they need a tot of people to be able to start the course. Do 4 stars because the parking spaces are terrible, being located in a closed street the gym has reduced parking spaces and if you are not good at maneuvering

Un giorno ho provato a fare il corso di Yoga, è stato impossibile rilassarsi con tutto il frastuono del corso di step tonic che c’era dall’altra parte. Personale molto gentile e disponibile A little small gym. I did some personal training lessons, I had a great time. One day I tried to take the Yoga course, it was impossible to relax with all the noise of the step tonic course that was on the other side. Very nice and helpful staff

Grande professionalità e garbo rendono il corso all'altezza delle aspettative I have been attending the new Anti Age course held by the instructor Michele for a month.
