The owners / instructors are very well prepared in everything, from post-traumatic recovery to getting in shape! They help you, they explain, they motivate you! The instructors of the various courses are prepared to perfection ... clean and efficient premises and equipment. I highly recommend it to everyone !!!

Dopo qualche mese di allenamento, non posso che confermare quanto detto: personale molto preparato e disponibile, palestra sempre ben pulita e, per gli orari che frequento solitamente, tutta bella gente ☺️
Always very warm and friendly staff, beautiful well equipped gym with highly qualified staff. The prices are more than fair for what they offer. I only went to practice but I can't wait to go back and train properly! ?
After a few months of training, I can only confirm what has been said: very trained and helpful staff, always clean gym and, for the times I usually attend, all nice people ☺️
