★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata molto bene. Il coach che mi ha seguito è stato gentile e paziente nonostante fosse la prima volta che venivo e non sapevo nulla. Ho fatto gli esercizi con lui che mi guidava e ha sempre trovato i pesi più giusti per me. La palestra è tranquilla e ci sono anche molti corsi a cui iscriversi. Consigliatissima!
I found myself very well. The coach who followed me was kind and patient even though it was the first time I came and I didn't know anything. I did the exercises with him guiding me and he always found the right weights for me. The gym is quiet and there are plenty of courses to join as well. Highly recommended!
