Ho sempre ricevuto la massima attenzione a ogni mio movimento da parte di tutto lo staff in sala, attrezzatura sempre nuova, schede personali finalizzate ai miei obiettivi e soprattutto estrema pulizia, sia in sala che negli spogliatoi. Non ho mai perso la motivazione negli anni, perché mi sono sempre sentita a casa, grazie allo staff Mytrainers! I have been attending this gym since 2018 and I grew up with her, in all my strength and with my mind. I have always received the utmost attention to my every move from all the staff in the room, always new equipment, personal cards aimed at my goals and above all extreme cleanliness, both in the room and in the changing rooms. Attrezzatura Technogym e tantissimi corsi per ogni esigenza, come Back School (esercizi per la schiena) e LesMills. Comodo il parcheggio. Ampia la palestra così come gli spogliatoi, puliti e con gli armadietti per la custodia della borsa e phon a disposizione. La frequento ormai da anni assiduamente e ogni volta riescono a stupirmi con nuove idee. Consigliatissima! The best gym in Alexandria with trained, friendly and engaging instructors. Large gym as well as changing rooms, clean and with lockers for the safekeeping of the bag and hairdryer available. I have been attending it for years assiduously and every time they manage to amaze me with new ideas. Highly recommended!
