Buona palestra, peccato solo per la presenza di un solo squat-rack, ovviamente quasi sempre occupato. Sarebbe ottimo se ce ne fossero almeno due. Diciamo che non è il massimo per chi si allena principalnente con gli esercizi del powerlifting. Se invece ci si allena con le macchine c'è di tutto, anche due o tre macchine con la stessa funzione. Prezzo ottimo, personale disponibile, spogliatoi puliti.
Good gym, a pity only for the presence of only one squat-rack, obviously almost always occupied. It would be great if there were at least two. Let's say that it is not the best for those who train mainly with powerlifting exercises. If, on the other hand, you train with machines, there is everything, even two or three machines with the same function. Great price, helpful staff, clean changing rooms.

La palestra è veramente ben fornita di macchine ed attrezzi, chiaramente nelle ore di punta, a volte è difficile allenarsi secondo un proprio piano se non si vuol aspettare che si liberi la macchina che si desidera. Vorrei fare un appunto: le scale mobili, come mai non funzionano? i gradini, ovviamente, sono alti e non come una scala normale, io che ho problemi alle ginocchia, soprattutto dopo aver fatto tapis o step , le trovo massacranti.
The gym is really well stocked with machines and equipment, clearly during peak hours, it is sometimes difficult to train according to your own plan if you don't want to wait for the machine you want to get free. I would like to make a note: the escalators, why don't they work? the steps, of course, are high and not like a normal ladder, I who have problems with my knees, especially after doing treadmills or steps, find them exhausting.

What to say, I love it... ?. Best to go in the morning when it's empty and (in summer) nice and cool, if you can't... better wait till after 9 pm... gym opens at 7 am and closes at 11pm on weekdays... don't make my mistake by driving over at 7 am on weekends... opening hours are "only" from 9 am to 9 pm ?

4 stars just for the reception received at the counter. Apart from this I am a bit disappointed. After the registration, we are still waiting to have a training program because it goes with appointments and we are scheduled to meet whoever on the 11th of this month while the money has already been paid! Is this normal? Not the best. If I had known, I wouldn't have been there at all and even convinced my friends to come with me!!
