★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fondamentalmente tutto bene. Come in praticamente tutte le officine, la gestione dei tempi non é precisissima, ma é comunque più che accettabile. Loro sono gentili e precisi.

Il venditore Simone Bonfante, serio, preparato e disponibile, mi ha trattato molto bene e, con tanta pazienza, è riuscito a trovare la soluzione migliore per me. Acquisto fatto a distanza perfetto (pensavo fosse complicato ma non é stato cosí perché sono stato seguito con cura in tutti i passaggi). Consegna dell’auto nuova ancora prima dei tempi previsti. Ambiente di alto livello e professionalità. È stato proprio come intendono essere: “servire il cliente come a noi piacerebbe essere serviti, basando il rapporto su fiducia e rispetto”. Consiglio vivamente.
Really great Toyota dealership. The salesman Simone Bonfante, serious, prepared and helpful, treated me very well and, with a lot of patience, managed to find the best solution for me. Purchase done at a perfect distance (I thought it was complicated but it wasn't like that because I was followed with care in all the steps). Delivery of the new car even ahead of schedule. High level environment and professionalism. It was just as they intend to be: “serving the customer as we would like to be served, basing the relationship on trust and respect”. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un esperienza negativa con questo concessionario per cui non mi sento di consigliarlo.
Ho acquistato una macchian usata e venduta come nuova, invece era incidentata e l’ho scoperto dopo un intervento successivo sulla carrozzeria.
Avevo chiesto piu’ volte rassicurazioni a riguardo e piu’ volte mi e’ stato garantito che non aveva subito incidenti.
Avevo personalmente effettuato una Visura della macchina dove risultava che era stata acquistata dal concessionario ad un un prezzo molto piu basso rispetto al suo valore ed avevo ulteriormente chiesto se la macchina avesse avuto qualche problema, ricevendo, anche in questo caso, sempre risposte negative da parte del rivenditore.
Inoltre, Il rivenditore ha sottolineato piu’ volte che la macchina arrivava da un altro rivenditore Toyota non da un privato, quindi non potevano non sapere la storia dell’autovettura.
Agggiungo anche che, facendo il giro tra il parco macchine si notava chiaramente che alcune vetture avevano dei pezzi sostituiti.
Per ultimo, il veicolo é stato venduto non sicuro, o almeno, non allo stesso livello del veicolo nella configurazione originale

I bought a used car and sold it as new, but it was damaged and I discovered it after a subsequent intervention on the bodywork.
I had asked for reassurance several times in this regard and several times I was assured that he had not suffered any accidents.
I had personally carried out a search of the car which showed that it had been purchased by the dealer at a much lower price than its value and I had further asked if the car had had any problems, receiving, also in this case, always negative responses from of the retailer.
In addition, the dealer has stressed several times that the car came from another Toyota dealer not from a private individual, so they could not fail to know the history of the car.
I also add that, while walking around the fleet, it was clear that some cars had parts replaced.
Lastly, the vehicle was sold unsafe, or at least not at the same level as the vehicle in the original configuration
