Trovo che questo centro sia della giusta dimensione, abbia dei buoni orari per i corsi in piscina ed in sala, spogliatoi e zona docce puliti e spaziosi e bravi istruttori. Migliorabile la parte del solarium; centro estetico ancora da provare. I state that I go on a lunch break and not in the evening. I find that this center is the right size, has good times for courses in the pool and in the hall, changing rooms and showers area clean and spacious and good instructors. The part of the solarium can be improved; beauty center still to try.

Adatta a tutte le fasce di età, possiede un sacco di corsi perfetti per ogni esigenza. Solo una parte dello staff è veramente disponibile e competente, nel complesso comunque un'ottima palestra da prendere assolutamente in considerazione. Excellent gym: spacious, clean and well equipped. Inside there is also swimming pool, sauna and massage room. Suitable for all age groups, it has a lot of perfect courses for every need. Only a part of the staff is really helpful and competent, on the whole, however, an excellent gym to be taken absolutely into consideration.
M	Mirko Romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulizia e cortesia. Un po' cara ma la qualità è buona. Non do 5 stelle solo perché la piscina è concepita quasi esclusivamente per i corsi. E gli attrezzi base come panche e bilancieri sono pochi rispetto agli utilizzatori. Cleanliness and courtesy. A bit expensive but the quality is good. I do not give 5 stars only because the pool is designed almost exclusively for courses. And the basic tools like benches and barbells are few compared to the users.
A	Antonino Speciale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola palestra in periferia di Bergamo ma abbastanza spaziosa, pulita con servizi efficienti e ben organizzati, ristrutturata e migliorata da poco tempo, buona l'atmosfera e con personale preparato. Ampia sala pesi, piscina, sale per corsi e per spinning. Gli armadietti sono molto piccoli, ma gli orari per i corsi sono buoni per ogni esigenza. Small gym on the outskirts of Bergamo but spacious enough, clean with efficient and well organized services, recently renovated and improved, good atmosphere and trained staff. Large weight room, swimming pool, training and spinning rooms. The lockers are very small, but the hours for the courses are good for every need.
M	Martina Temani Moschetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale professionale e preparato. Ampia sala pesi, piscina, sale per corsi, sala per spinning. Ambiente pulito ed organizzato. Spogliatoi dotati di numerose docce ed armadietti anche se quest'ultimi sono molto piccoli e bisogna lasciare il borsone sulle panche ma ognuno è dotato di una chiave con elastico molto pratico. Ci si può rilassare nel bagno turco e la sauna (si trovano in ogni spogliatoio). Prima di iscriversi si può fare una lezione di prova in cui verrete seguiti da un istruttore molto preparato e disponibile. Professional and trained staff. Changing rooms equipped with numerous showers and lockers even if the latter are very small and you must leave the bag on the benches but each one is equipped with a key with a very practical elastic. You can relax in the Turkish bath and sauna (found in every changing room). Before registering you can take a trial lesson in which you will be followed by a very prepared and helpful instructor.

R	Ramona Boroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra/ Piscina pulita, personale gentile e disponibile...non eccessivamente grande ma il bello è proprio questo in quanto risulta tutto tranquillo e non caotico. I corsi di nuoto x bambini ottimi...bambini ben seguiti e maestre ottime anche umanamente. Clean gym / pool, friendly and helpful staff ... not overly large but the beauty is just that as it is all quiet and not chaotic. Swimming lessons for excellent children ... children well followed and excellent teachers also humanly.
