Historic martial arts gym in Gallarate, discipline and rigor on the tatami, but family atmosphere outside. Excellent instructors. Disciplines taught for all ages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ palestra storica di arti marziali e difesa personale e varie discipline per la salute fisica del corpo e non solo,nata 50 anni fa e una delle piu vecchie palestre del gallaratese,il suo punto di forza e il judo ma anche tutte le altre discipline non sono da meno. ideale per i bambini,ambiente molto confortante e personalizzato.
historical gym of martial arts and personal defense and various disciplines for the physical health of the body and beyond, born 50 years ago and one of the oldest gyms in the Gallarate area, its strength is judo but also all other disciplines are not less. ideal for children, very comforting and personalized environment.
