★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao ho fatto una lezione di prova in palestra, un breve corso tipo zumba poi un pò in sala pesi. La palestra è grande le sale sono molto grandi divise su pù piani, l insegnate di Zumba non mi è piaciuta molto perchè a mio parere non era molto pratica ma va bene, i bagni sono da migliorare e anche la ventilazione generale. I prezzi sono alti rispetto a quello che offre ed il parcheggio è troppo piccolo per le esigenze della palestra.
La sala pesi è piccola anche se sembra ci sia tutto quello che serve, l istruttore sembra competente anche se non mi ha seguito molto ma c erano altre persone giustamente, è frequentata principalmente (almeno quando sono andata io) da ragazzini giovani e poche donne, in tutta la sala pesi ho visto solo uno che si posso definire palestrato, oltre che figo! :) nel complesso una struttura abbastanza carina ma da migliorare.
Hi I did a test class in the gym, a short zumba course then a little bit in the weight room. The gym is large, the rooms are very large divided over several floors, I didn't like the Zumba teacher very much because in my opinion it wasn't very practical but that's okay, the bathrooms need to be improved and also the general ventilation. The prices are high compared to what it offers and the parking is too small for the needs of the gym.
The weight room is small even if there seems to be everything you need, the instructor seems competent even if he did not follow me very much but there were other people rightly, it is frequented mainly (at least when I went) by young kids and a few women, in the whole weight room I saw only one who can be defined as fitness, as well as cool! :) overall a nice enough structure but to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Palestra dev'essere facilmente raggiungibile per comodità, da casa o dal lavoro. La Gallaratese è in centro città raggiungibile a piedi dal centro o dall'autostrada per chi si allontana per lavoro. La amo proprio perché é storica: sale corsi grandi, sala pesi e area cross nuova da un annetto, disponde di spogliatoi, docce, terrazzo, campo da calcio e parcheggio. Offre un planning ottimizzato pieno di corsi per tutte le fasce d'età, dalla Danza ritmica e Kickboxing, a Parkour, Calisthenics, Zumba, Fitboxe, Pilates, Yoga, e sono soli alcuni. La continuo a scegliere e la sceglierei per tutti questi motivi!
The Gym must be easily accessible for convenience, from home or work. The Gallaratese is in the city center, reachable on foot from the center or from the motorway for those traveling away for work. I love it precisely because it is historic: large training rooms, weight room and new cross area for a year, has changing rooms, showers, terrace, football field and parking. It offers an optimized schedule full of courses for all age groups, from Rhythmic Dance and Kickboxing, to Parkour, Calisthenics, Zumba, Fitboxe, Pilates, Yoga, and just a few. I keep choosing it and I would choose it for all these reasons!

Excellent gym, very friendly staff, helpful and attentive to customer needs. Family atmosphere, both my children and I have been attending this gym for years and we have always had a great time !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequentata per circa un anno e mi spiace dire che ho riscontrato due volte un atteggiamento poco disponibile, se non scortese, da parte della signora che gestisce la reception sempre sullo stesso tema, ovvero la possibilità di recuperare mesi di abbonamento già pagati, non usufruiti per via delle chiusure dovute al covid.
Vista la diversità di corsi proposti e la dedizione di chi insegna, avrei continuato ad andare oltre alcuni aspetti del centro che io reputo negativi: mancanza di pagamento tramite bancomat, ma solo con bonifico, parcheggio insufficiente per tutti, struttura e spogliatoi piccoli e vecchi, iscrizione da pagare ogni anno di 35 euro (quest’anno poco sensati, a mio avviso, essendo stata chiusa per parecchi mesi per covid e avendo avuto dei servizi ridotti all’osso, come le docce chiuse, nei mesi di apertura); ma la scortesia della persona all’ingresso ha tolto qualsiasi voglia di continuare la mia esperienza in questa palestra e recuperare l’ultimo mese non usufruito -> obiettivo della signora centrato!
A sicuramente mai più.
Frequented for about a year and I'm sorry to say that I have twice encountered an unhelpful, if not rude, attitude on the part of the lady who manages the reception, always on the same theme, that is the possibility of recovering months of subscription already paid, not used for via the closures due to the covid.
Given the diversity of courses offered and the dedication of those who teach, I would have continued to go beyond some aspects of the center that I consider negative: lack of payment by ATM, but only by bank transfer, insufficient parking for everyone, structure and small and old changing rooms, registration to be paid every year of 35 euros (this year not very sensible, in my opinion, having been closed for several months due to covid and having had some services reduced to the bone, such as closed showers, in the months of opening); but the rudeness of the person at the entrance has taken away any desire to continue my experience in this gym and recover the last month not used -> the lady's goal achieved!
Definitely never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questa palestra da qualche anno, quasi ogni giorno, e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo.
Il personale è molto accogliente e informale, così come i frequentatori della palestra: mi sento sempre a mio agio e libero di allenarmi, oltre ad aver trovato nuovi amici.
Parcheggi all'apparenza piccoli, ma posso dire che non c'è stato un solo giorno in cui non ho trovato parcheggio, anche negli orari di punta.
Ottima pulizia degli spazi, nonostante l'infrastruttura "storica".
Gli istruttori ti seguono personalmente, disponibili per ogni richiesta, qualità non da poco per una palestra.
Se cercate un ambiente accogliente e tranquillo, ma anche un luogo in cui allenarsi seriamente, la Gallaratese fa per voi!
I've been going to this gym for a few years, almost every day, and I've always had a great time.
The staff are very welcoming and informal, as are the gym-goers: I always feel comfortable and free to work out, as well as making new friends.
Apparently small car parks, but I can say that there hasn't been a single day when I haven't found a parking space, even during peak times.
Excellent cleanliness of the spaces, despite the "historical" infrastructure.
The instructors follow you personally, available for every request, not just a quality for a gym.
If you are looking for a welcoming and peaceful environment, but also a place to train seriously, the Gallaratese is for you!
