Pessima esperienza.
Avevo mia figlia dentro con un'amica. Vado con mia figlia di 6 anni a ritirarle nel tardo pomeriggio, pensando di passare dentro un paio d'ore.
Dalle 17 si paga biglietto ridotto.
Raggiungo la piscina alle 16.41 e, con cortesia, chiedo se fosse possibile entrare e non pagare biglietto pieno.
La cassiera non me lo consente e mi dice che per entrare con il ridotto devo attendere.
Mi fa aspettare con la bambina lì fuori fino alle 17, poi pago e entro.
Classico esempio di come un collaboratore inadeguato fa perdere clienti.
REVIEW ON THE OUTDOOR POOL
Bad experience.
I had my daughter inside with a friend. I go with my 6 year old daughter to pick them up in the late afternoon, planning to spend a couple of hours inside.
From 17 you pay a reduced ticket.
I reach the swimming pool at 4.41 pm and, with courtesy, ask if it was possible to enter and not pay a full ticket.
The cashier does not allow me to do so and tells me that to enter with the reduced I have to wait.
He makes me wait with the baby out there until 5pm, then I pay and go in.
Classic example of how an inadequate collaborator makes you lose customers.
