Davvero adatti a chi con poco tempo da dedicare alla palestra voglia raggiungere ottimi risultati. Lo consiglio coniugato ad una dieta attenta, in pochi mesi si raggiungono eccellenti risultati Bravi I am having a great time. Essendoci solo 3 postazioni di allenamento (1 vacufit e 2 EMS) si evita che ci sia affollamento in palestra e negli spogliatoi. Inoltre dopo poche sedute il mio corpo si sta già modellando! Super consigliato! My experience is extremely positive. Personal trainers are all knowledgeable and very helpful, the facilities are state of the art. Clean and well-kept environment. Since there are only 3 training stations (1 vacufit and 2 EMS), there is no crowding in the gym or in the locker room. Moreover, after a few sessions my body is already shaping! Super recommended!

I personal trainer che lo gestiscono come quelli che ci lavorano sono bravissimi e pazienti, precisi ed implacabili sugli esercizi. Io ci andavo prima del Covid con soddisfazione e ci sono tornata con entusiasmo. Hanno approfittato del periodo di pausa per ristrutturare in modo da mantenere tutte le misure di sicurezza Covid . Quindi ogni cliente ha uno spogliatoio con doccia dedicato. Non esistono più locali comuni e questo è una grande cosa. Assolutamente lo consiglio...anzi no altrimenti non trovo più appuntamenti liberi per me ???? This place is wonderful. I went there before Covid with satisfaction and I returned with enthusiasm. They took advantage of the break period to restructure in order to maintain all Covid security measures. So each customer has a dedicated changing room with shower. There are no more common rooms and this is a great thing. I absolutely recommend it ... no, otherwise I can't find more free appointments for me ????
