H	Hulk hulk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un frequentatore di palestre in quanto sono anche un atleta a livello professionale posso dire con molta felicità che questa palestra e' un ottimo posto dove potersi allenare con attrezzature veramente performanti in quanto attrezzi a catena quindi attrezzi con carico reale non come le palestre di ultima generazione che hanno dippia carrucola quindi peso ridotto di almeno il 50 percento... posso dire che se vuoi crescere a Palermo mi sa che devi andare solo alla Body Life! Per non parlare del titolare della palestra EROS DI MAIO DETTO EROS LUXOR una persona veramente preparata che sa quello che dice a differenza dei soliti che seguono solamente le ragazze lui ti segue e sa consigliarti tutto quello che ti migliora fa un lavoro splendido veramente! Per non parlare che ha un fisico che in Italia credo di non aver mai visto ma solo in America! Forza Eros forza Body life!❣️❣️❤️?????????? I am a gym goer as I am also an athlete at a professional level I can say with great happiness that this gym is a great place to train with truly performing equipment as chain tools therefore tools with real load not like the latest gyms generation that have double pulleys so weight reduced by at least 50 percent ... I can say that if you want to grow up in Palermo I know you only have to go to Body Life! Not to mention the owner of the gym EROS DI MAIO SAID EROS LUXOR a really prepared person who knows what he says unlike the usual ones who only follow the girls he follows you and knows how to advise you on everything that improves you does a really splendid job! Di tante palestre che ho vicino, ho scelto una palestra totalmente fuori zona. Ho scelto la "Palestra Body Life", per la sua coerenza e determinazione. Palestra ben attrezzata, inoltre l'istruttore Eros, ti segue passo dopo passo ad ogni tuo allenamento. Palestra tranquilla, serena ed ambiente pulito. L'istruttore oltre a seguire i tuoi allenamenti, ti dà anche una dieta personalizzata che ti migliorerà settimana dopo settimana. Musica molto coinvolgente, moderata e non eccessiva. Soprattutto la prima cosa fondamentale è che l'istruttore ti incoraggia e che ti motiva e ti dà la forza di credere a ciò che fai. Istruttore qualificato, veramente disponibile, gentile e simpatico. A differenza di molti personal trainer che negli anni mi hanno seguito, Eros ti aiuta e ti segue lungo tutto il tuo percorso, non ti trascura per guardare le ragazze che fanno squat... offre anche il servizio peso e alimentazione senza nessun supplemento... ho ottenuto risultati davvero interessanti in pochi mesi. Professionali e l’ambiente amichevole. Consiglio sopratutto a universitari vista la zona e il prezzo davvero fattibile. I have been training for several months in this new gym.
