Giacomo e sua moglie si sono subito dimostrati molto disponibili ad ascoltare le mie domande e le mie esigenze.
Nella fattispecie soffrendo di scogliosi lombare ho problemi nel sovraccarico della colonna vertebrale, grazie alle lezioni di personal training con Giacomo sto imparando a gestire le posizioni sulle macchine e la corretta postura durante gli esercizi.
Giacomo ha un approccio molto serio e concreto all'allenamento, prediligendo un corretto svolgimento dell'esercizio rispetto ad un carico elevato che potrebbe causare rischi per la propria salute.
La palestra è pulita, ben attrezzata, frequentata da persone a modo e sopratutto non sarete mai lasciati soli a "voi stessi".

I met the B.G. ASD thanks to the advice of a friend.
Giacomo and his wife immediately showed themselves very willing to listen to my questions and my needs.
In this case, suffering from lumbar rocks, I have problems in the overload of the spine, thanks to the personal training lessons with Giacomo I am learning to manage the positions on the machines and the correct posture during the exercises.
Giacomo has a very serious and concrete approach to training, preferring a correct performance of the exercise compared to a high load that could cause risks to his health.
The gym is clean, well equipped, frequented by people on the way and above all you will never be left alone to "yourself".
Highly recommended to everyone!
