★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato questo box per non perdere L allenamento in vacanza, mi sono trovata super bene, i coach sono preparatissimi e simpaticissimi, L’ambiente è pulito e molto ampio, L’accoglienza neanche a dirlo è la tipica calabrese, come entri ti senti in famiglia! Grazie a tutti , ritornerò indubbiamente, e lo consiglio a tutti quelli di passaggio e non a Reggio Calabria!
I attended this box so as not to miss the training on holiday, I found myself super good, the coaches are very well trained and very nice, the environment is clean and very wide, the reception is not even typical of Calabrese, as you enter you feel in family! Thank you all, I will undoubtedly return, and recommend it to all those passing through and not to Reggio Calabria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sessioni di un ora distribuite lungo tutto l'arco della giornata. Per dare un esempio, io ho scelto quella che comincia alle 07:30 (la prima). Gli istruttori sono disponibili e cordiali; io mi sono trovato subito bene. A chi è interessato al CROSSFIT consiglio vivamente questa palestra.
One-hour sessions spread throughout the day. To give an example, I chose the one that starts at 7.30am (the first). The instructors are helpful and friendly; I immediately found myself well. For those interested in CROSSFIT I highly recommend this gym.
