★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato questa Palestra Grazie a Google , ero in vacanza a Gaeta. Si vede che il proprietario ha la passione per la ghisa. Prezzo a entrata 5 € , orari fantastici e attrezzi altrettanto ottimi . Certo la palestra non è nuova ma per chi interessa la qualità non sta a guardare altro. Proprietario davvero gentile ci ha aiutati anche per il parcheggio, dove li a Gaeta è un terno a lotto trovarlo.
I found this gym Thanks to Google, I was on vacation in Gaeta. It is evident that the owner has a passion for cast iron. Price per entry € 5, fantastic timetables and equally excellent tools. Of course, the gym is not new but for those who are interested in quality, they are looking at nothing else. Really kind owner also helped us for the parking, where in Gaeta it is a lot of people to find it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra è piccola, ma c'è di tutto. L'ambiente è tranquillo e familiare. Come attrezzatura per bodybuilding e fitness è sicuramente la più fornita della zona e tenuta meglio. I macchinari funzionano tutti anche se qualcuno è un po' più datato, ma le attrezzature di qualche decennio fa, sono migliori di quelle odierne. Consigliato a tutti
The gym is small, but there is everything. The environment is quiet and familiar. As a bodybuilding and fitness equipment it is certainly the best equipped in the area and best maintained. The machines all work even if some are a little older, but the equipment of a few decades ago is better than today. Recommended for everyone
