Appartamento molto bello, pulito e situato in zona centrale di Palermo, gestito da proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

Estetica, design, confort si accoppiano felicemente,. Il non plus ultra la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari: davvero sorprendente!

Proprietari gentilissimi. Posto centrale e ben servito. Internet, frigo, cucina, praticamente tutto! Consigliatissimo!

Sistemazione molto carina, pulitissima ed accogliente, comoda la posizione in centro. Gentilissimo il proprietario che accoglie e consiglia eventuali ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. In casa trovate ogni confort. Ottimo!

Ich bin seit zwei Wochen in Sizilien unterwegs und hatte bisher noch keinen Gastgeber, der sich so rührend um seine Gastgeber kümmert wie Vito. Meine Frau ist mit Zahnschmerzen angereist und er hat sich nicht nur um einen Termin am Sonntag gekümmert, sondern uns auch noch mit dem Motorrad hin begleitet. Die kleine Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich als Gast wünscht. Eine zentrale Lage, eine gut kühlende Klimaanlage, Sauberkeit und ein WLAN, das auch wirklich funktioniert. Lediglich der Parkplatz könnte wie oft bei einer zentralen Lage problematisch werden. Es gibt aber genügend kostenpflichtige Parkplätze und unser Gastgeber hat vor unserer Ankunft einen der wenigen kostenlosen Plätze für uns ergattert und mit seinem Auto frei gehalten. Ganz großes Kino!

Excellent from all points of view

The apartment is spacious , well decorated, fully equipped and centrally located in the best part of Palermo. The bus to and from the airport stops at the Politeama in front of Prada, just a short walk to the apartment. Palermo’s major thoroughfare, the Via della Libertà is just a few steps from the apartment and is lined with major names in fashion: Prada, Hermès, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and many others. Although the apartment is in a quiet upscale residential area of Palermo, it is still only 2 blocks from the Politeama, a major transportation and activity hub of Palermo. Bakeries and cafes are plentiful in the neighborhood in every direction. McDonald’s is 3 blocks away if you need a burger fix. Numerous bus lines run through the Politeama, as well as horse drawn tourist carriages, to every part of the city, as well as the airport bus. Plenty of taxis are located at the Politeama as well. Buses to the train station are frequent and clearly marked ( Stazione Céntrale) Communication with the host is outstanding, usually responding to e-mails within minutes. A more pleasant and accommodating person is rarely found. My personal experience at Palermo Central Holiday is extensive. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks last year (2019) at Christmas time. This year (2020) we are here for a month in February escaping the New Jersey winter in the USA. We have already booked for 6 weeks for next winter. Needless to say, we recommend this place highly. There is no deception in the booking photos and list of amenities provided by the host. Great care and thought have gone into making this a pleasant and memorable experience whether for a short or long stay.
