L'edificio è una delle opere più eleganti dell'architetto Gian Battista Vaccarini che ebbe gran parte nella ricostruzione di Catania dopo il disastroso terremoto del Val di Noto del 1693. Costruito in stile barocco, consta di un piano botteghe con annessi mezzanini e quindi del piano nobile residenza del proprietario. La facciata è molto ricca con balconi ad andamento curvilineo.
 Headquarters of the Puglisi Cosentino Foundation. The building is one of the most elegant works of the architect Gian Battista Vaccarini who had a large part in the reconstruction of Catania after the disastrous earthquake of the Val di Noto of 1693. Built in Baroque style, it consists of a storey floor with adjoining mezzanines and therefore of the noble floor residence of the owner. The facade is very rich with curvilinear balconies.
