★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palazzo San Niccolo was a very nice place. They had different rooms for groups of all sizes and also main rooms for many people to hang out in. The garden in the back was beautiful and the inside was a rustic, homey design. They also had dryers for clothes which is a big deal in Florence. There are rooms that can fit a large family or smaller rooms for one person. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The property features 18 unique apartments for guests, with varying bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen options. There is a charming industrial-style shared area and bar for all guests to use, as well as a great outdoor space. The apartments are just a quick walk away from great food and tourist attractions. This is the hot new place for travelers coming to Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palazzo San Niccolo is a beautiful boutique hotel in Florence. It is located in the heart of Florence, but you feel like you are away from the loud hustle and bustle. When I first walked in I noticed how unique it was compared to other places to stay in Florence, it has so much charm mixed with a modern flare. One of my favorite parts of Palazzo San Niccolo was the outdoor area. It is a cute garden that allows you to escape into your own oasis. Overall, I was very impressed with all that Palazzo San Niccolo has to offer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palazzo San Niccolò is so beautiful! The ambience of this place privates a sense of peace, as the staff is very welcoming and very accommodating. Such an excellent place to book a wedding, gathering, or dinner party. This authentic, yet modern space surrounds a beautiful outside courtyard that also serves as a perfect event space. Palazzo San Niccolò can differentiate itself from others, as it serves a purpose to interact and engage with the guests to provide them with the best stay. I definitely recommend a tour here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in Palazzo San Niccolò for 30 days (Fabriano flat) and it was an absolutely 5-star experience!
All the staff (Federico, Marta and the other guys of the team) were very kind and attentive to all needs.
I particularly appreciated the possibility of having natural and sparkling water 24/7 and the common areas (garden and the reading/remote working room) were fantastic.
Finally, the district of San Niccolo is now my favourite in Florence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I toured Palazzo San Niccolo while I was with my Property Real Estate Management class and it was a fantastic experience. Federico, the manager, took us on a tour and I was extremely impressed with the boutique hotel. It was certainly a property that I had never seen before and the conversion from an old building to a beautiful property was incredible. Not to mention the wonderful green space they have in the backyard that looks amazing to have your morning coffee at. My only complaint is that staying a night is out of my price range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently toured Palazzo San Niccolo as part of my study abroad course with the purpose to understand Fluorene real estate and hospitality. I was so impressed by the complex and won over by the staff that I had to say something! The front of the building can be misleading because it blends in with the surrounding buildings but as you walk in you are surrounded by elegance and charm. There are beautiful indoor and outdoor communal areas to get work done and to relax. The residential rooms are grand and detailed. The complexes location is hard to beat, sitting on the Arno river, its just a stones throw from the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge. Lastly, the staff was great! They were professional and gave great advice on Florence (their English was great). Definitely, check this place out if you get a chance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Had the chance to tour the facility and thought the place was world class. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very nice. They also have a nice bar and seating area for those who need to work or are just looking for a place to relax and read a book. They also have a beautiful courtyard that gives you a chance to enjoy nature while you are in a busy city. Lastly the Faculty was incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying in Palazzo San Niccolo if you are ever in Florence.
