★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Storico palazzo di stile eclettico realizzato dal fiorentino Gino Coppedè. L'architetto, giunto a Messina durante la ricostruzione della città dopo il terremoto del 1908, ha realizzato o progettato diversi palazzi per le famiglie benestanti messinesi. La facciata dell'edificio da anni è in stato di abbandono e andrebbe ristrutturata.
 Historic building of eclectic style built by the Florentine Gino Coppedè. The architect, who arrived in Messina during the reconstruction of the city after the 1908 earthquake, built or designed several buildings for wealthy Messina families. The facade of the building has been in a state of neglect for years and should be restored.
