★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sala Congressi elegante e ben attrezzata, all'interno di uno splendido palazzo del secolo scorso, in stile liberty, con richiami neoclassici. Inizialmente adibito ad Albergo è oggi un centro congressi del Comune di Giulianova.
 Elegant and well-equipped Congress Hall, in a splendid art nouveau building of the last century, with neoclassical references. Initially used as a hotel, today it is a congress center of the Municipality of Giulianova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura storica sapientemente ristrutturata. Posizionata in prima fila mare. Ottima location per corsi e convegni, vicina a parcheggi e a esercizi commerciali per una pausa caffè o un pranzo veloce. Peccato per la difficoltà di accesso per le persone disabili
Expertly restored historic structure. Positioned in the first row of the sea. Excellent location for courses and conferences, close to parking lots and shops for a coffee break or a quick lunch. Too bad for the difficulty of access for disabled people

An ancient splendor restored but not accessible in its entirety and is a real shame for the potential it has for the town of Giulianova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palazzo storico di Giulianova messo a disposizione (ultimamente a pagamento) per eventi. Offre una sala teatrale ma è piccola e con un microclima migliorabile. Il palco è decisamente piccolo con impianti luce e sound non degni di alcuna nota positiva.
Rappresenta da sempre un'ottima risorsa per la città ma l'offerta può e deve essere migliorata.
Historic Palazzo di Giulianova made available (recently for a fee) for events. It offers a theater room but it is small and with an improved microclimate. The stage is definitely small with light and sound systems not worthy of any positive note.
It has always been an excellent resource for the city but the offer can and must be improved.

Ristrutturato da pochi anni, gode di una posizione invidiabile ,al centro di Giulianova lido ,fronte mare.
Ha a disposizione una capiente sala adatta a convegni , e a rappresentazioni teatrali.
L'acustica è davvero buona.
Building dating back to the forties,
Renovated a few years ago, it enjoys an enviable position, in the center of Giulianova lido, in front of the sea.
It has a large hall suitable for conferences and theater performances.
The acoustics are really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In occasione del tour gratuito del Camper fiorito RinascITALIA lungo tutta la costa italiana per promuovere la cultura della bellezza, oggi in visita nel Comune di Giulianova... Sul bellissimo lungomare si trova il palazzo Kursaal.... Purtroppo per questioni di tempo è stato solo visto dall'esterno. La recensione non parla dell'intero ma bensì della fantastica posizione in cui si trova questo palazzo molto bello, fronte mare e ad una piccola area appena riqualificata con fontane e arredo urbano molto elegante. Complimenti ???
On the occasion of the free tour of the RinascITALIA flowered Camper along the entire Italian coast to promote the culture of beauty, today visiting the Municipality of Giulianova ... On the beautiful seafront there is the Kursaal palace ... only seen from the outside. The review does not speak of the whole but rather of the fantastic location in which this very beautiful building is located, facing the sea and a small area just redeveloped with fountains and very elegant street furniture. Congratulations ???
