Io lo frequento da anni, ci sono andato sia per me che per mia moglie e i miei figli e mi sono trovato sempre bene. Si nota subito l’attenzione verso il cliente, la cura per i particolari, la professionalità di chi è chiamato a consigliare calzature. Quando mi è capitato di andare in altri negozi non ho mai, e sottolineo mai, trovato lo stesso grado di preparazione. Sono anche appassionato di lunghe passeggiate e relazionarsi con una una commessa che sa cosa serve a una persona sportiva per evitare infortuni e stancare il piede, è assolutamente un valore aggiunto non da poco. Io lo frequento da anni e devo dire che sono davvero il top in questo settore. Le commesse sono tutte molto gentili, inoltre le ho trovate anche preparate. Tornando al discorso mocassini: consiglio vivamente a chi è alla ricerca di scarpe belle e di qualità di visitare questo punto vendita. Il personale è molto scrupoloso e attento, ma soprattutto li ho trovati davvero preparati. Certo voi direte: cosa c’è da essere preparati su un paio di mocassini? Purtroppo ho un piccolissimo problema al piede destro e faccio davvero molta fatica a trovare le scarpe giuste. La commessa che mi ha assistito è stata davvero professionale, mi ha saputo dare informazioni su tomaia, suola, comodità e altre aspetti che mi hanno aiutato molto nella scelta. Appena tornata a casa ho immediatamente ringraziato la mia amica che mi aveva suggerito Palumbo Calzature. Tornerò sicuramente per fare altri acquisti. Sono andata con il mio ragazzo e abbiamo preso due paia di scarpe per lui (delle Polacchine Timberland e dei mocassini) e due per me, che ho preso anche una borsa. Ovviamente era il periodo estivo e le polacchine le ha messe da parte per l’autunno. Quando il mio ragazzo le ha riprese a fine settembre si è accorto che calzavano un po’ grandi. Strano: non gli era mai accaduto e non se ne ero accorto in negozio. Eppure il numero è quello che prende di solito, ma non aveva mai preso nulla di questa marca e forse non si sarà regolato bene. Ad ogni modo, siamo ritornati in negozio perché così non poteva proprio indossarle. La commessa che abbiamo trovato quel giorno era la stessa di agosto e si è subito ricordata di noi. Per fortuna avevamo conservato lo scontrino così è stato possibile cambiare il numero, scegliendo un altro colore di un modello della nuova collezione (lo stesso non era disponibile). Ovviamente abbiamo dovuto pagare una differenza, ma è già tanto che dopo un mese ci abbiano permesso di cambiare le scarpe. Sono stati davvero gentili e si sono subito messi a disposizione. The saleswoman we found that day was the same as in August and she immediately remembered us. Luckily we had kept the receipt so it was possible to change the number, choosing another color of a model from the new collection (the same was not available). Of course we had to pay a difference, but it's already a long time since we were allowed to change shoes after a month. They were really kind and immediately made themselves available.
