Originariamente della famiglia Guarini di cui si nota l'emblema sul portale principale, estinta la quale fu abbandonato per lungo tempo fino al riacquisto e la parziale ristrutturazione a fine '800 da parte di Giovannangelo Tacconi.
Attualmente di proprietà degli eredi, purtroppo in stato di abbandono nuovamente.
