★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costruito nel 1902 dall'architetto Antonio Zanca all'interno del "Firriato di Villafranca" che aveva già ospitato l'Esposizione Internazionale del 1891. Dismessi i padiglioni, il Firriato venne lottizzato con maglia a scacchiera, i cui lotti edificabili vennero accaparrati dalla nascente borghesia palermitana.
Il condominio Di Pisa ricalca la tipologia borghese di inizio secolo, con appartamenti ai vari piani caratterizzati da volte a motivi floreali e pavimenti in cementine decorate.
Pregevole il portone d'ingresso in legno e decori in ferro battuto
 Built in 1902 by the architect Antonio Zanca inside the "Firriato di Villafranca" which had already hosted the International Exhibition of 1891. Once the pavilions were decommissioned, the Firriato was divided up with a checkerboard pattern, whose building plots were bought up by the rising bourgeoisie Palermo.
The Di Pisa condominium follows the bourgeois typology of the beginning of the century, with apartments on various floors characterized by vaults with floral motifs and floors in decorated cement tiles.
