Ha di fronte il teatro Rendano e ai lati l'ingresso della villa vecchia e la biblioteca civica. Dal prospetto principale non appare imponente con i soli 2 piani di altezza. In realtà il complesso architettonico si sviluppa di più in basso verso piazza Spirito Santo. Interessanti e ben curate sono alcune sue sale interne. Non credo sia visitabile dal pubblico visto che ancora è sede di rappresentanza della Provincia. . It is an ancient historic building overlooking the beautiful Piazza XV Marzo. E' una struttura bellissima, c'e' il salone degli specchi, molto bello , adibito per le cerimonie istituzionale e di rappresentanze. Inoltre,ultimamente e' stata realizzata un' enoteca provinciale, dove i produttori di vino, possono organizzare delle degustazioni. It is the building of our city and of the province of Cosenza.
