Tutto è un'immensa opera d'arte, ti lascia incuriosito e affascinato. Evening visit to the academy really, really very beautiful and interesting. I highly recommend going there at least once. Everything is an immense work of art, it leaves you intrigued and fascinated.

Ha una sala con il più grande campionario di marmi d'Italia e una gipsoteca unica al mondo con gessi di Canova e tanti altri scultori italiani. Da vedere anche la collezione di marmi romani, con l'Edicola dei Fantiscritti, che presenta le firme di grandi artisti che hanno frequentato le cave di Carrara, come Michelangelo, Giambologna, Canova, Tolstoj ecc. Il tutto nella vitalità di un ambiente dove studiano ogni giorno circa mille studenti d'arte. A magical place, home to the Carrara Academy of Fine Arts. It has a room with the largest collection of marbles in Italy and a unique plaster cast gallery in the world with plaster casts by Canova and many other Italian sculptors. All'interno sono presenti mostre di vario genere riguardanti pittura e scultura. La gestione attuale dell'Accademua si può definire illuminata proprio per la capacità di coniugare scuola e interesse pubblico con visite interne serali guidate. Mi hanno cambiato la vita e offerto addirittura una solida strada lavorativa. Evviva Carrara, evviva all'Accademia ed evviva tutto il personale che ci lavora. VI AMO! Sarete per sempre con me!
