Ho una ecofire ad inserto! Il vetro diventa nero ogni 4 ore di accensione! Vengono i tecnici a pulire e fare manutenzione al costo di 150 euro , ora va peggio di prima non resta accesa nemmeno 1 ora! Chiamo palazzetti ma non si riesce a parlare con nessuno. Assistenza pessima ma forse è il caso di dire quasi sempre inesistente!
I have an insert ecofire! The glass turns black every 4 hours of ignition! The technicians come to clean and maintain at a cost of 150 euros, now it is worse than before, not even 1 hour is left on! Ho acquistato una stufa a pellet nel 2018 per mia madre ottantenne, dopo quattro mesi mi segnalava errore 108 e non si è più accesa. Ho chiamato l'assistenza di zona che ha provveduto alla pulizia e all'ordine del pezzo guasto che dopo ripetute telefonate, non è mai arrivato. Ho lasciato perdere con l'arrivo della bella stagione fino a fine agosto quando ho riprovato a contattare l'assistente di zona, chiarendomi subito che con palazzetti ci sono sempre problemi con la spedizione dei ricambi. Siamo al 20 settembre ed ancora non ho ricevuto notizie, neanche dopo aver inviato una mail alla casa madre. Pessimi

Assurdità pura centri assistenza incompetenti , l’assistenza che fornite come da precedente email e assente . dopo 2 settimane di attesa ci fanno l'accredito , altro rivenditore che non assiste i clienti dopo aver fatto il pagamento, scusante la Palazzetti non fornisce merce attendo contatto urgentissimo causa vostra superficialità entro 48 ore visto che non abbiamo alti sistemi di riscaldamento poi saremmo costretti a far intervenire per nostra tutela l' AVV. Pierpalo Allegiani con richista dei danni per i giorni dovuti come da emil precedenti e mancati contatti

Poêle model Aurora installé en février 2019. Les soucis sont arrivés dès le début (le creuset se remplissait sans allumage, émission de signaux sonores sans messages, et surtout extinctions intempestives qui survenait deux à trois fois de jour comme de nuit, nous obligeant à le rallumer manuellement après forte chute de température dans l'habitation). Le problème a été signalé à la marque par le vendeur et pris en compte (il faut l’admettre), il aura tout de même fallu 6 mois pour avoir une mise à jour "miracle" et soit disant changement de carte électronique et de sonde. Début hivers suivant le poêle semble fonctionner. Ce soulagement est de courte durée. En effet, le problème ne surviens plus tous les jours mais occasionnellement (principalement la nuit ou lors de grand froids). Nouveaux passage du commercial PALAZZETTI Gironde qui effectue des "bidouilles" n'ayant aucune incidence. On me propose alors gratuitement une combox qui permettrait un retour d'expérience avec un changement d'appareil si rien n'y fait. Box installée il y 3 mois sans aucun retour mais toujours avec les mêmes problèmes. Une détonation s'est même produite dans le poêle, heureusement sans conséquence grave (un joint s'est délogé) alors qu'il est nettoyé deux à trois fois par semaine. Plusieurs mèls ont été envoyés sur le site internent sans aucune réponse. Deux demandes de remplacement de l'appareil ont été faites sans aucun retour de PALAZZETI qui semble ne pas vouloir admettre qu'il peuvent avoir occasionnellement des appareils non conformes . Ne reste plus que la procédure judiciaire. Appareil fonctionnant très bien tant qu'il n'y a pas de problèmes. A fuir si vous rencontrez des soucis, PALAZZETTI n'acceptant visiblement pas de changer l'appareil défaillant après un an sans solution. Pour conclure je dirais que je suis satisfait de l'efficacité de l'appareil tant que tout va bien mais très déçu du suivi et du sérieux de prise en compte des clients. Ce qui estompe le reste.

The problem was reported to the brand by the seller and taken into account (it must be admitted), it still took 6 months to have a "miracle" update and supposedly change electronic card and probe . Early winters following the stove seems to be working. This relief is short-lived. In fact, the problem no longer occurs every day but occasionally (mainly at night or during very cold weather). New passage from the PALAZZETTI Gironde sales representative who performs "hacks" with no impact. I am then offered a free combox which would allow feedback with a change of device if nothing helps. Box installed 3 months ago without any return but still with the same problems. A detonation has even occurred in the stove, fortunately without serious consequences (a seal has dislodged) while it is cleaned two to three times a week. Several emails have been sent to the website without any response. Two requests for replacement of the device were made without any return from PALAZZETI, which seems not to want to admit that it may occasionally have non-compliant devices. All that remains is the judicial procedure. Device working fine as long as there are no problems. To flee if you encounter problems, PALAZZETTI obviously does not accept to change the faulty device after a year without solution. To conclude, I would say that I am satisfied with the efficiency of the device as long as everything is going well, but very disappointed with the monitoring and the serious consideration given to customers. Which blurs the rest.

Quasi 10 interventi in 2 anni su una stufa nuova...Ma alla fine hanno risolto il problema. Abbiamo contribuito al miglioramento. Bello comprare italiano.
Almost 10 interventions in 2 years on a new stove ... But in the end they solved the problem. We have contributed to the improvement. Nice to buy Italian.
