Credo che un’azienda tale debba capire le urgenze del cliente, a maggior ragione per 2 minuti di chiusura in ritardo.
Davvero delusa, non tornerò assolutamente!!
I called almost at 12 (closing time) asking politely to wait a couple of minutes, being a few meters away, but the "very kind" scurrilous secretary clearly told me to No.
I believe that such a company must understand the urgencies of the client, especially for 2 minutes of late closure.
Really disappointed, I will absolutely not go back !!
