R	Roberto Modoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usato solo per consigli, congresso, manifestazioni.....bene, però non mi sembra"vivo, ""vissuto". Belle le scuderie. Used only for advice, congresses, events ..... well, but it doesn't seem "alive," "lived". Beautiful stables.
e	eva lagatta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È molto bello sia fuori che dentro....si affaccia su una bellissima piazza a due passi dalla Chiesa di San Giorgio e dal centro storico....ricco di stradine ....e corti...Valorizzato dal comune in occasione di eventi ....come il bellissimo evento svolto da poco l'undici Agosto ...Vicoli d'arte dove tutto il centro storico è stato messo in risalto It is very beautiful both outside and inside .... it overlooks a beautiful square a stone's throw from the Church of San Giorgio and the historic center .... full of narrow streets .... and courtyards ... Enhanced by the municipality on occasion of events .... like the beautiful event recently held on August 11th ... Art alleys where the whole historic center has been highlighted

Sorto intorno al sec.XVI all'interno ci sono 40 stanze erette su una serie di cave scavate nel tufo, un giardino pensile, un'area verde e le splendide scuderie affrescate e mangiatoie che riportano i nomi dei cavalli. Dopo i recenti restauri è usato come contenitore polifunzionale per mostre, eventi e manifestazioni culturali e di spettacolo, inoltre da diversi anni ospita il Consiglio Comunale. The Palazzo Marchesale is now owned by the municipality. Rising around the XVIth century, there are 40 rooms erected on a series of quarries carved into the tuff, a hanging garden, a green area and the splendid frescoed stables and mangers that bear the names of the horses. After recent restorations it is used as a multi-purpose container for exhibitions, events and cultural and entertainment events, and for several years it has been hosting the City Council.
D	Dario Gerardo de Ceglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palazzo che dovrebbe raccontare in un certo qual modo, la storia della città ed invece le sue mura non raccontano proprio un bel niente. Il palazzo è tenuto male a livello di conservazione. Per l'ingresso ho pagato 3 euro (che ci possono anche stare per la visita di un luogo storico) e che però non ho capito se per la mostra di arte contemporanea (bruttina per i miei gusti ma si sa che l'arte è molto soggettiva)o per l'accesso al palazzo. Nessuno si è preso la briga di accompagnarci per il palazzo e spiegarci le varie stanze a cosa erano adibite in passato o a cosa sono o saranno adibite in futuro, né all'interno ci sono piedistalli o altro che spieghino qualcosa. All'entrata ci è stato detto che potevamo girare da soli e che il marasma generale era dovuto al fatto che stavano allestendo per il presepe vivente......mah!!! Sarà ma non ho notato allestimento tali. Il percorso, libero, a piano terra era poco illuminato e calcolando che il pavimento è abbastanza sconnesso, dopo il primo inciampo ho provveduto ad illuminare il cammino col mio cellulare. Gli infissi e le coperture dei termoconvettori erano le uniche cose a tema con il palazzo poiché rugginosi. Una verniciatina che rispetti l'ambiente storico non avrebbe fatto male essendo comunque oggetti moderni e non originali del palazzo. Mi dispiace ma il posto è ancora molto lontano dal poter essere considerato "visitabile" o consigliabile a qualcuno. Palace that should tell in a certain way, the history of the city and instead its walls do not tell a damn thing. The building is in poor condition in terms of conservation. For the entrance I paid 3 euros (which can also stay there for a visit to a historic place) but I did not understand if for the contemporary art exhibition (ugly for my taste but you know that art is very subjective) or for access to the building. No one has bothered to accompany us to the palace and explain the various rooms to what they were used in the past or what they are or will be used in the future, nor are there pedestals inside or anything else that explains anything. At the entrance we were told that we could go around alone and that the general chaos was due to the fact that they were setting up for the living nativity scene ...... mah !!! It will be but I have not noticed such setup. The path, free, on the ground floor was poorly lit and considering that the floor is quite uneven, after the first trip I proceeded to illuminate the path with my mobile phone. The fixtures and the covers of the convectors were the only things themed with the building as they were rusty. A varnish that respects the historical environment would not have done any harm since it is still modern and not original objects of the building. I'm sorry but the place is still very far from being considered "visitable" or advisable to someone.
