★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fanno i capelli molto bene, il personale è molto gentile e se non fosse per quello che sto per dire meriterebbero cinque stelle.
Dopo essermi tagliato i capelli (una semplice cresta senza sfumature ne disegni ne altro) il proprietario, un uomo anziano, pretendeva che io pagassi più del dovuto perché a detta sua il taglio era a detta sua più "complesso".
Adesso, io posso anche capire che un taglio che ha bisogno di più tempo necessita di essere pagato di più, ma almeno che lo dicessero prima di tagliare.
Non è che io entro leggendo i prezzi in vetrina poi mi ritrovo la sorpresa quando devo pagare il conto.
Situazione assurda, io alla fine ho pagato perché non mi metto a litigare, ma è stato scorretto e poco professionale.
Lo dico a malincuore, perché il servizio è ottimo e il personale molto gentile.
They do their hair very well, the staff are very nice and if it weren't for what I'm about to say they would deserve five stars.
After having cut my hair (a simple crest without shades or designs or anything else) the owner, an elderly man, demanded that I pay more than I owed because according to him the cut was more "complex" according to him.
Now, I can also understand that a cut that needs more time needs to be paid more, but at least they said so before cutting.
It is not that I enter by reading the prices in the window and then I find myself surprised when I have to pay the bill.
Absurd situation, in the end I paid because I don't fight, but it was unfair and unprofessional.
I say this reluctantly, because the service is great and the staff very kind.
